The purpose of photography is not only to capture a moment in time but also being able to communicate more through the picture, and wildlife photography does that exactly. The Wildlife Photographer of The Year 2021 organized by the Natural History Museum has announced its winning images and they are mind-blowing. This year, the competition received a humongous amount of entries from around 95 countries.
Laurent Ballesta has been announced as the Wildlife Photographer of the Year for capturing a perfect underwater shot of the rare sight of camouflage groupers as they leave a mating frenzy that happens once a year under a full moon.
