Morgan working on electric Aero Supersport +E
Morgan Motors needs no introduction and keeps its brand name in shining among the futuristic automotive concepts; it’ll have to deviate from its usual image. That’s what exactly Morgan is doing by developing two new electric prototypes using Aero Supersport platforms. Morgan Aero Supersport +E is the first one in the news. Zytek is expected to provide electric motor to replace the standard 4.8 litre v8 engine. What’s more unique – which distinguishes +E from other EVs – is that Morgan will provide five speed manual transmission. Using the Aero Supersport platforms, the car will retain the sporty looks. The prototypes will be exhibited at Rockingham, England, at the Low Carbon Vehicle Expo. Check out the press release for more info.
