This is a live and the most recent example of human-wildlife conflict. The video below shows how boundaries between wildlife and humans are blurring. One fine day, a leopard leaves in search of water and enters a village in Rajasthan to quench his thirst, and, in an unfortunate incident, gets his head stuck in a utensil. The utensil, however, has been removed from his head by the forest department officials, but the incident raises concerns about the intrusion humans have made into wild animals’ territory. The video is amusing and saddening at the same time.
It’s true that the brave forest department officials did a commendable job in rescuing the big cat from dying a slow death; they have set an example to people out there who are at the ready to kill them if a confrontation ever happens.
